Lemongrass is a lymphatic stimulant; helpful for all lymphatic congestion and stagnation, swollen glands and edema.

It is an epidermal restorative, antioxidant; toning for slack, devitalized skin, cellulite, weak elastin, poor muscle tone and stretch marks.

Lemongrass is effective for treating repelling many insects, especially mosquitos.

Lemongrass is also astringent, antiseptic, detoxifying for skin infections, acne, enlarged pores, blemishes and skin impurities.

It is a strong, broad spectrum anti-fungal, useful for a wide range of fungal infections; Candida, Ringworm, Athlete's Foot, Oral Thrush, Nail Bed Fungus etc.

DIY Muscle Toning After-Sport Body Spray
This body spray will help to detoxify the muscles following exercise, improve muscle and skin tone and relieve muscle tension and joint pain. 

6 drops Lemongrass
3 drops Sandalwood
3 drops Black Pepper
9 drops Lemon
100 ml Lavender Highland Hydrosol
Small squirt natural, unscented soap

1. Place your natural soap and essential oil drops directly into your 100 ml bottle of Hydrosol. Shake well.
2. Spray onto desired area following exercise or before entering the steam/sauna. 

* Lemongrass can be sensitizing to the skin. Use in a low dilution and watch for signs of sensitization or irritation. Combining Lemongrass with Grapefruit or Lemon essential oil will quench the irritating components.
