Here are a few quick & easy DIY recipes to help build up your Defences!
DIY Ultimate Defence Hand Sanitizer
25 ml Alcohol
25 ml Aloe Vera Gel
15 drops Defence Blend or Clean Blend or Mild Thyme & Ravintsara
50 ml Lotion Bottle
1. Place 15 drops Defence Blend or Clean Blend or Mild Thyme & Ravintsara into the bottom of your empty Lotion Bottle.
2. Add 25 ml Alcohol, followed by 25 ml Aloe Vera Gel.
3. Shake well to fully combine all ingredients.
4. Apply liberally to hands throughout the day.
DIY Disinfecting Surface Spray
50 ml Spray Bottle
50 ml Alcohol
25 drops Defence Blend or Clean Blend or Mild Thyme & Tea Tree
1. Fill your Spray Bottle with Alcohol.
2. Place 25 drops Defence Blend or Clean Blend or Mild Thyme & Tea Tree.
3. Shake well to fully combine.
4. Spray liberally onto surfaces and into the air in your environment.
DIY Disinfecting Wipes
30 ml Alcohol
25 drops Defence Blend or Clean Blend or Mild Thyme & Tea Tree
1. Find up some natural fibre fabric from around your home (ie; cotton, flannel, linen, bamboo) and cut it into squares.
2. In a small cup or beaker, combine 30 ml Alcohol with ~25 drops
Defence Blend or Clean Blend or Mild Thyme &
Tea Tree.
*This mixture can be stronger, you could bump up the essential oil by 5-10 drops if you'd like.
3. Place your fabric into a ziploc bag, pour the alcohol/essential oil overtop and mix around in the bag.
4. Use these wipes on your hands or on surfaces to disinfect.
