Apple Cider Vinegar Balancing Mask
For those with overly oily hair, who would like to extend the time between washes, this apple cider vinegar mask could work wonders! Apple Cider Vinegar balances overactive sebum production in the scalp. By clearing excess oil in the scalp, you will also promote hair growth that might be being stifled by clogged hair follicles.
½ tbsp Hair & Scalp Treatment Oil
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- In a small bowl combine your ingredients, mix thoroughly
- Apply your mask to damp hair*
- Allow to sit for 15-20 minutes before washing out**

A few notes about using hair masks:
- *It’s best to apply hair masks to damp hair, not wet but damp. This allows the ingredients to penetrate the hair more effectively.
- **When washing masks out, apply shampoo before getting the hair wet. Oil will become more difficult to wash out if water is applied before soap. This trick will help you to get your hair clean without the temptation to over shampoo, potentially stripping away all of the extra moisture you’ve added.
