Common Uses: Very similar to Rosemary Highland, but with more emphasis on it's rejuvenating properties for the skin. It is also very useful for upper respiratory problems, especially sinus infections and sinusitis. It is effective in treating migraine headaches.
Emotional/Psychological Uses: Rosemary is mentally strengthening, a good choice when recovering from illness or going through a period of stress or overwork. Rosemary has a long traditional use in connection with memory and mental concentration.
Cosmetic/Skin Uses: This is the best Rosemary for skin care. It's toning properties make it a great daily treatment oil for lax or swollen congested skin, mature skin, couperose and broken veins. Very regenerative and well tolerated by most skin types, also a wonderful oil for the hair and scalp.
Blends Well With: Helichrysum, Roman Chamomile, Highland Lavender, Neroli, Rose Geranium for skin; Thyme Linalol, Tea-Tree and Hyssop Decumbens for respiratory conditions.
