Helps relieve arthritis, rheumatism, and all muscular aches, pains and stiffness. This oil is recommended by some for diabetes, and is thought to have a stimulating effect on the pancreas.

Emotional/Psychological Uses: Numerous studies have found Vetiver to be highly effective for ADD and ADHD. Vetiver is grounding and regenerative. It is recommended where there is emotional and mental burnout.

Cosmetic/Skin Uses: Used for infection, inflammation, wounds and cell regeneration.

Blends Well With: Grapefruit, Lemon, Bergamot, Lavender, Lemon Verbena, Orange.

Inside Info: Try a blend of Vetiver, Sandalwood and Sweet Orange for nervous exhaustion. Add to epsom salts for a relaxing, rejuvenating bath.
